Welcome to GIG AFRIQUE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, including our website, mobile applications, and escrow payment processing integrations.
Users registering on our marketplace must select an appropriate role (Artist/Performer or Event Organizer). You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your profile details updated.
When an Organizer books an Artist, both parties enter into a binding digital agreement based on the terms specified in the contract form. The Organizer agrees to pay the required deposit/fee into GIG AFRIQUE's secure escrow wallet. Funds are held and subsequently disbursed to the artist upon successful event completion.
Cancellations are subject to the specific cancellation policy chosen during booking. GIG AFRIQUE reserves the right to mediate disputes and decide on the release of escrowed funds based on proof of performance or cancellation notifications.
Users are prohibited from publishing copyright-infringing audio tracks, videos, photos, or posting fraudulent gig listings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our code of conduct.
